So many organizations struggle to identify worthwhile new directions. We are awash in ideas, but identifying valuable ones too often feels like looking for a needle in a haystack. I love helping groups harness critique (usually such a scary word!) to dig deep into their own insights, identify possibilities, and redefine value.
