Fueling an Innovation Culture at Belmont Day School
Last fall, Brendan Largay (Head of School at Belmont Day School) and I presented a short case study, "Fueling an Innovation Culture," about our innovation work to the EXPLO Elevate network. It was an honor to showcase how our leadership work enhanced the school’s culture of innovation. The report follows BDS on their journey using a deeply-researched survey tool to better prepare their students in an age of increasing volatility.
