Amidst lots of fun projects and meeting amazing people, here are some highlights since launching Mint Chip Studios last spring:
Helping one client to overhaul their performance management process and culture. We've designed custom systems for accountability and staff development and clarified their overall talent strategy. I continue to work as an organizational coach for the CEO and management team, supporting their efforts to make these changes "stick."
Establishing Saroga - the Nonprofit Leadership Forum, which seeks to elevate leadership development for nonprofits. You can learn more about Saroga on our new website, and we will soon unveil the Saroga 360, a nonprofit leadership strengths assessment. Very exciting.
Launching this website, which is still a work in progress. Please feel free to explore and share your feedback. Despite very limited marketing, I'm delighted that over 250 people have already visited mintchipstudios.com.
Co-hosting the 2nd annual Nonprofit Networking Night, a fun event with over 50 people in January.
