This week I got to visit with Saul Kaplan, founder of the Business Innovation Factory in Providence, RI. We did a lot of playing around and I ended up doing a very messy, first-draft mapping of the BIF genome onto the Collective Genius model. Exploring how different approaches to the deep work of innovation overlap is fascinating!
