Longtime readers know I’m someone who LOVES helping leaders prioritize their agendas. I was thrilled to sneak three yellow-pad sessions into my summer schedule. Each meeting was such a blast, I’m hoping to make this a regular offering.
In one, we translated an inspiring and lofty set of organizational goals into actionable (read: personalized!) leadership priorities. Another session focused on how best to organize for a big marketing push. And the third was intended to be a planning effort, but pivoted to triage a super awkward feedback dilemma.
