While there were many highlights in attending the 2022 Next Practice Institute hosted by Mobius Executive Leadership this past week, one moment stands out.

“Those who claim to be perfect or pure are like manufactured pearls; their glow does not come from the Mystery that turns blemishes into beauty or wounds into gifts.
In the deep waters of life one thing can become another, and what seemed worthless at first can turn out to be most valuable later on.
First, some deep Soul-searching must occur; something hard must be cracked open if the shining Self would be found within.
Most people avoid the cracking and breaking-open process, yet that which tears at the shell does not harm the pearl within it.”
“Wanting to be right is a fixed point in the universe and will create tension sooner or later.
Because life is movement and with the intention to be right I reduce the intelligence in the Universe and in me.”
