This Master Class will explore the distinctive set of skills and attitudes that comprise nonprofit leadership, with a focus on how to learn while leading. If comfortable, come prepared to get help with a specific leadership dilemma you are facing so the group and instructor can offer recommendations. The goal of this class is to have participants leave with 2-3 tips for honing core nonprofit leadership abilities to surpass your organizational objectives.
